Geolocation
Thanks to geolocation you can actually identify the nearest depot or TNT Point. It's possible to get the shortest way to reach it, get traffic information, choose the most suitable public transport combination or calculate the time needed to get there. It's also possible to choose another italian city, the app will tell you in this case where the nearest points and depots are so you can choose where to consign your held in depot shipments.
Tracking
Check every status change of your shipments on the tracking view or enable the push notification service and let TNT Italia tell you every status change on your shipment in real time. From the tracking view the app tells you which service is associated to the shipment and you can also display the trip on a map view where you can check every single movement the shipment does across the world.
Book a picking
You can request a same day picking or book it for a following day within a month. The picking can be for a shipment in Italy or abroad just using our application.
Delivery reports
If you received a consignment failure message you can schedule a new consignment directly from the application
