MTA Dashboard is a personalised tool created with and for Jungheinrich. It's a multiplatform solution for the italian machinery intervention management across the country.
MTA Dashboard has permitted Jungheinrich Italy to simplify and to automate a branch of procedures for the more than 450 technicians that compund their assistance network. MTA Dashboard lets the Junghienrich technicians to accept and manage substitution and spare parts orders, to accomplish verifications on the status of their forklifts or to send notifications to optimize the consignment of the spare parts directly using their laptops. This software allows the Jungheinrich italian headquarters to track and trace all the requests improving efficiency, reducing movement times and dematerializing all the documents needed for the transportation.

Central Control:
The web platform allows to track and trace all the requests generated by the technicians and lets the managers to decide when or where to make an intervention.

The techician can print autonomously the barcoded label and the pick and shipments are created automatically.
