This software allows the Jungheinrich italian headquarters to track and trace all the requests improving efficiency, reducing movement times and dematerializing all the documents needed for the transportation.
The web platform allows to track and trace all the requests generated by the technicians and lets the managers to decide when or where to make an intervention.
The techician can print autonomously the barcoded label and the pick and shipments are created automatically.
The techician can let the customer sign the generated documents just by using the screen of their laptops.
